We are a custom welding shop priding ourselves with good customer service in building the structural weldment and industrial machines. After 20 years of custom fabrication and welding, we have the experience to complete any task from automated machine frames to custom parts, fabricating and welding close tolerances from a wide variety of machines weldment's, one of a kind machine frame weldment's to large quantity products. We also do frame machines for automotive, glass, tire, and wheel; industrial ovens; motion control frames; packaging equipment frames; prototypes; production CNC milling; tanks; hoppers; conveyors; and over head conveyors from coil lines to small parts that fit in your hand. With the craftsmanship and experience of fabricating and welding techniques and tooling to do the tasks, we recently added a CNC Mill to aid in the machining one of a kind and large quantity parts. CNC Milling Proto type work to long run materials as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and plastic's such as ABS, acetyl, Delran, Lexan, Nylon, Teflon, TIVAR, UHMW, ULTEM.
AWS certified in Welding and Fabricating in Mig Welding, Tig Welding, Flux Core Welding with carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum. We take pride in following AWS welding standards and processes in welding.
Over the past decade, QC has continued to refine and expand the original premise of providing a highly specialized craft workforce to serve the needs of our clients.
